We call this Phase One.
The Workflow Assessment offers a chance to optimize your hiring procedures. This two-week workshop covers your hiring workflow, employer brand, competitor analysis, social media strategy, and compensation program. We turn over every stone. In week one, your internal stakeholders complete an in-depth questionnaire, followed by a three-day onsite audit by a dedicated Jule Group Program Manager. Afterward, a comprehensive written assessment is provided, detailing recommended improvements. The package includes three 1-hour video meetings for reviewing findings and providing further clarification.
Assessment Implementation
Putting the recommendations into action.
We call this Phase Two.
We understand you're busy and may need assistance implementing the assessment recommendations we've provided. Our unique subscription model offers dedicated Talent Acquisition Program Managers who begin implementing those recommendations based on your chosen priorities and a realistic timeline. Opt for as few as 15 hours per week for 6 months or as much as 35 hours per week for 1 year for larger implementations. Our Program Managers are full-time employees of The Jule Group, meaning you benefit from their commitment and consistency, unlike traditional contract recruiters.
