   Let me guess...

You're here because you need more balance in your life, more purpose in your work, or you've been affected by another layoff in this volatile market.

I know how you feel. I once was there, too.

There's a new way to share your zone of genius and passionate spirit in a career you love. Your family, friends, health, and community will be glad you did!

Welcome to a higher calling in your career.

At The Jule Group, We Do Things Differently.

Throughout my professional journey, I've paid close attention to the fluctuations of economic shifts and their profound effects on the recruitment landscape. I've witnessed recurring hiring patterns that beg for refinement. The rollercoaster ride from the sudden layoffs during the early pandemic to the ensuing hiring frenzy left those in talent acquisition bewildered. Yet, we swiftly adapted, leading our organizations through change, all while continuing to secure top talent, only to be thrust into another wave of layoffs in 2023 and beyond. While each economic cycle presents unique challenges, the repercussions reverberate across our local community, impacting recruiting professionals profoundly.

Serving as an organization's employment brand ambassador isn't for the faint-hearted. Still, it offers immense impact when you are part of a stellar team championing a mission you deeply believe in.

We are creating a new way to work, and we hope you'll join us.

Welcome to The Jule Group.

What's a Talent Acquisition Program Manager?

Well, it's a lot of things, just like you!

01

The Dedicated Liaison.

A Talent Acquisition Program Manager (TAPM for short) is the primary point of contact between the client and The Jule Group. This dedicated consultant has the autonomy to drive the development and implementation of a successful recruiting strategy for the Seattle area clients we serve. Think of this role as the trusted expert with a backup team ready to support you.

03

The Leader.

You're passionate about developing teams and coaching leaders on how to navigate the ins and outs of hiring. You enjoy giving presentations & trainings, having an advisory seat at the table, and rapidly devouring leadership books, TED Talks, and podcasts.

Authors who align well with your philosophy are Brene Brown, Simon Sinek, Mark Brackett, and Adam Grant, but you're not bound to only these. You lead with clarity, inspiration, and emotional intelligence—you can express vulnerability with boundaries. You constantly strive to leave a team better than you found it.

02

The Creative.

All of our TAPMs are passionate about creative design and content creation. You love deep-diving into research for technical whitepapers, blog writing, and social media content generation. You are simultaneously a brand ambassador for The Jule Group and the client you support. Business development is part of the role, but you don't sweat it. You can't wait to get the word out! You know The Jule Group's value proposition and the impact our team makes on ROI, L&D, and overall satisfaction.

04

The Community Supporter.

You love living and working in the Pacific Northwest. The Greater Seattle area has your heart, and you care about the communities and businesses that also call the Emerald City home. You have nonprofits, events, restaurants, theaters, schools, charities, and shops you care deeply about. You are passionate about making time to support and engage with them.

As a TAPM, it's one of your requirements to promote what makes Seattle, well, Seattle. We promote our local businesses and do our part to ensure they thrive. Our mindset believes that a rising tide lifts all boats.
