Founder - The Jule Group

I've spent nearly twenty years in the recruiting industry and can't imagine ever doing anything else. I got my start scraping my knees for a national accounting and finance staffing agency in Downtown Seattle and quickly fell in love with the business of career match-making.

Back in 2018, I found myself at a crossroads. Working as a recruiting leader, caring for two very young children, prioritizing my marriage, supporting aging parents, and enduring an arduous commute, I was on the brink of burnout. The Jule Group was born to give my family the necessary flexibility without sacrificing a career I loved dearly. What started as a lifestyle decision evolved into a much-needed service of helping companies create winning recruitment strategies.

I believe in leading with curiosity. I'm constantly asking questions. Understanding a new company comprehensively from every angle – employees, customers, leaders, and beyond- is crucial. I am also pursuing my Master's in Organizational Leadership, a program that fuels my passion for exploring innovative leadership solutions to business challenges. This journey emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence, which is the cornerstone of my leadership approach.

I've specialized in catering to the mid-size businesses in the Seattle area. Most clients ask me for help because their existing hiring methods aren’t working. They know they need help but lack the resources to hire a full-time Talent Acquisition leader. Consequently, they suffer burnout and struggle to provide a positive candidate experience which can have disastrous repercussions.

Rather than focusing on the prominent brands of the Pacific Northwest, I'm dedicated to supporting the quieter contributors to our local economy. Here, I can inspire teams and facilitate long-lasting positive changes.

I am a native Washingtonian, and I've called the Greater Seattle area home for the past twenty years. There's something magical about being surrounded by mountains and water—like living in a visual paradise. This is my chosen home, and I am incredibly grateful to have found myself here. When I am not working, you can find me trying to freeze time with my two school-aged kids, my husband of fifteen years, and our three giant dogs!

If your organization struggles to hire the talent your business needs, you aren't alone. Let's connect and see how The Jule Group can provide solutions and some much-needed relief.

Principal Strategist -Talent Acquisition Program Manager

With over twenty years of extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, my passion lies in identifying and developing top specialized talent capable of driving impactful innovation. Most recently, I held the role of Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at a dynamic Biotech company specializing in regenerative medicine. Over the past decade, I've refined my expertise in Life Science recruitment for pre-commercial companies and contract development manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) across the United States. My professional journey spans a variety of industries including Healthcare, Global Health, Information Technology, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Marketing/Communications, Publishing, and Training Development.

My career began after completing my master’s in industrial organizational psychology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), where I first delved into scientific recruitment. Landing a position as an HR Specialist at Radiant Research in the Seattle area, a site management organization (SMO), provided invaluable insights into clinical trials, HR management, recruitment, and mergers/acquisitions. Subsequently, I strengthened my HR expertise, specializing in Talent Acquisition for small to mid-size enterprises, while leveraging my analysis of competitive data to form resourceful recruiting strategies. Noteworthy achievements include managing staffing initiatives for new business locations, forming new teams for expanding organizations, and developing selection tools for mass recruitment initiatives. I have also conducted interview training for managers and enhanced employer branding strategies through channel audits, resulting in refined recruitment strategies. I pride myself on building trusted and long-lasting partnerships with my former clients, and always go above and beyond to provide a consultative approach.

Although I've spent good portion of my adult life in Kirkland, Washington, I've recently relocated to Mount Pleasant, SC, to be closer to family on the East Coast. Despite the move, my connection to the Seattle area remains strong with regular visits to the Pacific Northwest.

Beyond work, I love spending quality time with my husband, Jansen, and our two rescue dogs, Emory and Kody. My personal interests include yoga, hiking, Pilates, and beach outings with our energetic canine companions. Additionally, I'm actively involved with a local animal rescue organization, supporting initiatives such as Rosie Rescue and the Canine Cancer Alliance.
