Our PMs meet rigorous hiring standards: all have 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with many having both agency and corporate background. They all hold bachelor's degrees or higher. We require references, federal/state/local background checks and drug screenings.

What If The Assigned Program Manager Isn't A Good Fit For Us?

We prioritize matching our client's needs with Program Managers who possess the most relevant and diverse experience. Our rigorous internal hiring standards ensure we select Talent Acquisition Program Managers who excel in skills, industry knowledge, technological proficiency, and cultural alignment. 

If, after 30 days of partnering with us, you find that your Program Manager isn't the perfect fit for your requirements, we're committed to making it right. We offer a seamless transition to a different PM from our team within seven business days. Your satisfaction and project success are our top priorities.

What If We Want to Extend Our Subscription? Will We Keep The Same Program Manager?

In most cases, yes, you will maintain the same Program Manager. We believe continuity is beneficial for both parties involved. However, if your Program Manager is on leave or unavailable due to unexpected circumstances, rest assured that we'll assign another fully briefed Program Manager to continue your engagement seamlessly.

Are Your Prices And Terms Negotiable?

At The Jule Group, while we maintain consistent pricing for our services, we understand the importance of flexibility in accommodating our clients' needs.

 

While our prices are non-negotiable, we are willing to adjust payment terms to better align with your preferences. We bill our clients weekly Our standard payment term is net 15, but we are willing to extend this to net 30 when necessary. We believe in transparency and fairness in our pricing and terms, and we strive to find solutions that work for both parties involved.

How Do I Know What Subscription Is Best For Us?

To determine the best subscription for your organization, we start by conducting a thorough assessment of your current talent acquisition needs and your anticipated future requirements. We'll consider factors such as your hiring volume, the complexity of your recruitment needs, and any specific challenges you may be facing in sourcing top talent.
