Organizational AI Readiness Assessment
Stakeholder interviews, workflow review, technology stack audit, and an inventory of the AI tools already in use.
AI Readiness Assessment · Private consulting
In two focused weeks, your leadership team gets a clear picture of the current state, the risks that need attention, the opportunities worth pursuing, and the decisions that come next.
The question this answers
You may already have staff using AI, a board asking questions, and a growing list of tools that promise to save time. Buying another platform will not tell you whether your policies, data, workflows, or team are ready for it.
This assessment makes the current state visible. It gives leadership a shared set of facts, a practical sequence, and documents that can stand on their own whether you continue with The Jule Group® or carry the next phase internally.
What you receive
Stakeholder interviews, workflow review, technology stack audit, and an inventory of the AI tools already in use.
A phased plan tied to your operations, team structure, and the work your organization is responsible for carrying.
A ready-to-adopt policy covering staff use, data handling, ethical boundaries, and personal-device considerations.
A practical view of data security, compliance, and operational risk, with specific steps for reducing each one.
Immediate opportunities worth testing before your organization takes on a larger implementation effort.
A one-page board briefing plus a live walkthrough of the findings, recommendations, and decisions in front of you.
The two-week sequence

Week two
What I need from your organization
Your team provides a designated contact, reasonable access to relevant systems and documents, four to six staff interviews, timely responses, and the final leadership meeting. I complete the review and document development between those touchpoints.
Flat-fee investment
Two payments of $2,350.
What happens after
Your documents are built for your organization to use. There is no required second phase.
When leadership wants continued support, the findings create the scope for an ongoing advisory retainer. That work may include implementation support, governance, leadership counsel, team education, and regular review as the tools and your operating needs change.
