The promise

I did the slow part already.

I have worked inside these tools since 2022. I have tested what saves time, what creates confusion, what needs a policy, and what still belongs with the leader.

The cohort gives you a cleaner path through those lessons. You read before the first session, come ready to think, and spend the live time building. The room is intentionally small so we can go deep with questions and concerns, and I can provide individual attention where it is needed.

What you leave with

A foundation that travels with you.

  • An organizational constitution that tells AI who you are before it writes
  • A practical Acceptable Use Policy for your team
  • Your organization's voice, identity, and non-negotiables written down
  • A map of the knowledge and documents your AI setup needs
  • A prompt-creation philosophy for getting stronger outcomes from the tools
  • Ways to use AI as a thought partner and for well-defined tactical work
  • A governance habit for reviewing what works, what drifts, and what changes
  • A close network of nonprofit leaders who learned beside you

Fit matters

This room asks something of you.

This is for you when

  • You lead a nonprofit and your team has already begun using AI
  • You want practical structure without pretending the risks are simple
  • You will complete short reading and reflection before each session
  • You are willing to build in your own account during the live work
  • You can use two screens, or a computer and tablet, during the working sessions

Wait for a different offer when

  • You want someone to make every AI decision for your organization
  • You need a private assessment before learning in a group
  • You cannot attend the live Wednesday sessions
  • You need a course tied to one required software platform

Your working setup

Two screens are strongly recommended.

I will teach, share slides, and send you into working sessions while you build in your own account. A second monitor or tablet lets you keep the lesson open while you work. It is not a reason to stay out of the room. I will provide a single-screen setup guide for anyone who needs it.

The fine print

Know what is included before you pay.

The founding price is $500. Stripe collects $250 when you reserve your seat. The remaining $250 is due August 18, the day before the first live session.

Pre-work releases around August 12. A full refund is available through August 12. After that date, the deposit is non-refundable because the publications and course material have been delivered.

A participant who completes the pre-work, attends the sessions, and does not leave with a working setup and clear path forward will be offered a one-to-one working session or a credit toward further work, at Tricia's discretion.
