Tricia Smith, MS, PHR
Before launching The Jule Group®, I spent 20 years building and fixing operations as a talent strategy leader and organizational architect. Most recently, I served as an Executive Director. I led through chaos, rebuilt systems from scratch, and learned the hard way what happens when infrastructure fails and leaders are left to hold everything alone. That experience shaped how I work today: with empathy, precision, and deep respect for the weight nonprofit leaders carry.
I partner with you to audit what is not working, design workflows that fit your real capacity, and build modern, cloud-based systems that return time to your team. My approach is grounded, strategic, and deeply practical. I create structures that reduce burnout, strengthen board alignment, and give leaders the stability they need to focus on mission, not manual tasks.
