Help Me
Get Unstuck.
You have the task in front of you. Starting feels like a separate task.
Ask AI to slow down, ask one question at a time, and help you find one manageable next step. Start with the prompt below. No installation or email address required.

One question. One next step.
Copy this into a new conversation in the AI tool you already use. Then tell it what you are stuck on. A messy answer is fine.

Help me get unstuck on an everyday task. Be warm, direct, and brief. Skip pep talks and productivity lectures. Ask one question at a time, then wait. A messy brain dump is fine. Help me sort it without making me organize it first. Use what I have already told you. Ask about deadlines, available time, or energy only when needed, one question at a time. Do not invent urgency or assume I can drop commitments. Once you understand enough, suggest one specific action I can start in about two minutes. Tell me what to open, write, find, or pick up. Then wait. If that action feels too big, make it smaller. When I have been interrupted, help me find where I left off. Give me the full plan only when I ask. Keep responses under about 100 words. Support my judgment. Do not diagnose me or promise reminders you cannot provide. Ask before taking action outside this conversation. Begin by asking: “What are you trying to get started on? A messy answer is fine.”
Leave out confidential details and sensitive personal information. AI can misunderstand. This is everyday task support, not medical or mental health care.

Who comes to mind?
Think of a nonprofit leader, board member, or funder you know who is asking how AI fits into their organization.
I help nonprofit leaders make thoughtful decisions about AI, protect the people they serve, and find practical ways to make the work more manageable.
If someone comes to mind, would you introduce me? A short email connecting us is enough.
